My buddy Betsy Aoki stops by Microsoft's Channel9 to discuss the shortage of women in technology and ways to encourage more women to join the industry.  A former newspaper reporter and fine arts student, Betsy founded the Seattle chapter of Webgrrls which launched many self-taught women in technology field. 

Betsy is just kool.  And as she so wisely says, "No matter how bad it is now, you do not have to spend the day with a 12-inch green stem of grass up your nose."  True dat.
