The ideal teammate would be able to:

• Report directly to VP of Business Operations
• Drive team performance, lead regular team meetings and trainings, and ensure alignment on business operations objectives
• Monitor member requests and correspondence and coordinate with other departments to escalate as needed
• Developing, reviewing, documenting, and optimizing operational policies and procedures
• Train, monitor, and coach assigned team members on the various operations responsibilities
• Assist in the hiring process and training for new Operations Assistant and Program Engagement Coordinators 
• Serve as an internal expert to coordinate distribution of remote patient monitoring equipment in partnership with Vesta’s RPM vendor
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and resolution of reported issues with the Vesta Healthcare application and devices
• Serve as an internal expert and to effectively lead and support performance improvement initiatives relative to member and caregiver Engagement
• Represent the voice of Engagement in customer launch and implementation planning sessions to ensure downstream impacts are considered and addressed
• Partner with internal Product and Clinical teams on member experience improvement initiatives
• Function within timeframes of a fast-paced startup in the healthcare environment
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

Would you describe yourself as someone who has:

• 3-5 years of experience working in a healthcare-related, non-profit, philanthropy, customer service, or service industry role (required)
• 2+ years management experience (required)
• Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred not required) 
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Passion about healthcare and affecting change in the current healthcare environment
• Experience successfully implementing and managing projects within healthcare organizations
• A strong proficiency in computer software navigation
• A fundamental knowledge of GSuite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; is able to communicate professionally with patients and customers
• A demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team, displaying good judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong problem solving skills; able to identify problems and escalate when appropriate
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to perform duties as assigned or requested

Pay range is $60K – $80K annually based on experience
