What you will do

Our Spare Parts team are responsible for managing and assisting with all types of service-related enquiries related to replacement spare parts for Fisher & Paykel’s whiteware. This role will liaise on behalf of our Spare Parts team with customers and includes taking inbound phone calls from customers, the wider team, and our service technicians, dealing with email-based enquiries and assisting our callers with identifying spare parts required and providing pricing and availabilities. You will proactively manage queries and organization of spare parts to ensure we are always on time, and that we delight our customers with any time-critical service requirements.

About you

You bring relevant customer service experience. You love fast-paced work and showing proactivity. You are someone reliable and consider yourself as having a good work ethic. Some technical knowledge on whiteware would be a bonus, but not essential. Key to your success are your high level of attention to detail and accuracy, excellent computer skills, your spectacular customer service regardless of who you are speaking to, and your ability to work at pace in a calm and steady manner.

People would describe you as approachable, positive, resilient, solution focused, and a mutli-tasker. Remote work means you are someone who is dedicated, disciplined, and focused. Our home working requirements is that you have your own private workspace, have fibre internet and be based in or within 1.5 hours of our Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin offices.
