Job Description:
Our client is a major online retailer currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and a sense of urgency
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products, services, and promotions
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
- Maintaining accurate customer records and performing administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
