Job Description:

Our client is a major online retailer currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.


  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and a sense of urgency
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products, services, and promotions
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and performing administrative tasks as needed


  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
