Data Specialist (Platform Services Specialist)

We are looking for a new team member to join our Platform Services Professionals in Poland (you must be based in Poland). This role will be executing daily tasks to build, configure, and update employee surveys using an internal shared task list. Work will be on the front end of our platform and products.🙌 😊.
We don’t like micromanagement and are looking for a professional who will be in charge of their own daily tasks and will deliver high-quality results on time. Remote work is preferred, however, we do have an office for networking in Wroclaw.
Our Platform Services Specialist will:
- Receive tasks from the Customer Solutions team aimed at loading, updating, and personalizing the platform for customers
- Focus on front-end configurations (toolkit builds, English email setup, dashboards, etc.)
- Work closely with other team members
- Successfully complete configuration tasks across Perceptyx products to solve the customers’ business problems. This is not a client-facing role but will involve completing work for our clients
- Support Perceptyx internal Customer Solutions Partners, Implementation Experts, and Customer Care Coordinators
- Follow procedures based on best practices for the daily customer tasks
- Present task completion reports to the Manager, Platform Services bi-weekly to be used at the internal sync ups
Requirements
We would like you to have:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with strong technical, data, and configuration skills in data management or configurations
- Passion for technical data and interest to grow in tech and data-related industry
- Understanding of HTML, SQL, CSS, Excel, and grep
- Explicit attention to detail, ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly, and ability to navigate tasks and technical work quickly
- Good time management, organization, and personal effectiveness skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good written and spoken English skills to communicate with international teams
