What you will do
✔ Lead and manage a team of Software Engineers working with Product Management and our R&D development teams on the design & development of our software products.
✔ Architect, build, test and support scalable cloud-based delivery of web-based applications, services, and microservices on Azure
✔ Lead engineers and serve as the technical expert to stakeholders in Product Management, Professional Services, Support and the customer base
✔ Collaborate with Product Management on the product backlog and road maps
✔ Augment the development capacities of your teams by being willing and able to analyze problems, design features and develop solutions yourself when necessary
Who you are
✔ Someone who moves at part to resolve business critical issues
✔ Someone with solid proficiency in software development environments and languages, network and internet security, and database design, using tools and languages such as Visual Studio, C#, .Net, JavaScript, and MSSQL
✔ Experienced in hiring, building, developing, coaching and mentoring teams with an understanding and interest in the development and motivation of team members
✔ Willing to be “hands on” and roll up your sleeves to get things done
✔ Operates with a high degree of integrity, trust, transparency, and accountability
