The Role

We’re looking for a founding data science leader. You will help us build a living, learning healthcare platform that integrates patient data from disparate sources, assists clinicians in care coordination, and unleashes the power of machine learning to enhance care pathways for patients facing significant health challenges.

Our data science team has access to hundreds of thousands of our patient interactions, EMR data, and outcomes. In this role, you will own our data science platform and build our CareBlocks Engine, a powerful model that predicts patient-specific personalized interventions to materially improve the patient’s quality of life and health outcomes.

Help us predict the ideal intervention for the 150,000 patients we serve today, and use the learnings to deliver personalized, highly effective interventions to the millions of patients we’ll serve in the future.

Requirements

• 7+ years algorithm development experience; 2+ years managing high-output data science teams working on ML algorithms

• Experience delivering predictive ML models in production using any or all of: EMR, NLP, claims, CCD, and structured + unstructured patient data.
• Firm knowledge of machine learning and experimentation techniques and tooling
• Ability to manage open-ended R&D timelines alongside definite product requirements
• Experience balancing the needs of data science and product teams to achieve a common objective: helping our patients live healthier lives
