SentiLink is building the future of identity verification in the United States. The existing ways to determine if somebody is who they claim to be are too clunky, ineffective, and expensive, but we believe strongly that the future will be 10x better.

At SentiLink we deeply believe our customers are our partners, hence the name Partner Success. We don’t work with our partners to purely sell more, but rather to solve their fraud problems together. The Partner Success team covers an exciting breadth of areas:

– We launch and optimize usage of our products

– We help set and review fraud strategies (even thinking about other vendors!)

– Gather feedback to improve our products

– Aid our partners when fraud attacks happen

 

As the Head of Partner Success, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and execution of the team across our SMB, Enterprise and Strategic partners. You will lead our top-notch team of talented Partner Success Managers. Your mandate will be to:

– Ensure our partners continue to love working with us

– Deeply understand partners’ needs to guide our product development

– Set and manage high performance standards

– Revisit existing and create new processes

– Scale our partner-centric approach as we grow

 

This is a remote, US-based role.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategic direction and execution for the team across SentiLink’s SMB, Enterprise and Strategic partners
  • Lead and grow an existing team of Partner Success Managers
  • Define partner success metrics and operational goals
  • Influence product changes by championing our partners’ feedback
  • Work cross-functionally with our Technical, Product and Risk Operations teams to ensure that SentiLink’s partners receive the greatest partner experience
  • Work with executive management to plan future development of the team
  • Maintain a deep understanding of fraud and identity, our products, and our business–and how they help our partners
  • Strong follow-through: when somebody at SentiLink says that something will happen, it happens

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience leading Customer Success teams, in B2B SaaS and high ACV customers
  • Comfortable and willingness to provide direct feedback and guidance on CSM output
  • Proven track record of hiring, training, and enabling CSMs with strong performance management skills
  • Strong communication skills: both internally within the company and externally to our partners
  • Willingness to travel monthly within the United States for company events, partner on-site visits and conferences
  • Willingness to develop deep domain expertise
  • Experience in fraud, identity, financial services, risk, or lending is a big plus
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States

Salary Range

  • $170,000/year – $230,000/year
