Job Description

We are looking for a Healthcare Corporate Recruiter to source, recruit, and negotiate offers to very passive but qualified licensed Hearing Aid Dispensers and Audiologists to work inside Sam’s Club hearing aid centers in the Northeast Region. 


  • starting salary range $65K with a potential annual bonus
  • hybrid position for candidate in Dallas-Ft Worth area (DFW)
  • can be fully remote and traveling to Ft Worth office once a month for the right candidate

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Source, screen, and recruit licensed Hearing Aid dispensers, Audiologists, and Hearing Instrument Apprentices
  • Complete full cycle recruiting for open requisitions including making offers
  • Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates.
  • Identify sourcing activities to build a network of contacts and a pipeline of industry talent.
  • Maintain a high level of staffing industry awareness.
  • Ability to conduct Intake Sessions with hiring managers to gather data needed to find the right fit for the roles requested.
  • Provide knowledge of competitor practices and market indicators which may affect industry hiring.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to quantify hiring stats against divisional goals.
  • Attends job fairs, college recruitment events, primary and secondary educational outreach programs, etc. as needed.
  • Contact AuD programs to post new openings in their areas to post on their social media or careers page.
  • Cold calling to source leads

What experience and skills you’ll bring:

  • 2 or more years of full-cycle recruiting very passive candidates experience
  • Sales and negotiating experience
  • Have a fearless friendly/outgoing personality to be able to pick up the phone and dial potential candidates and educate them on our brand and opportunities.
  • Impeccable follow-up skills to ensure nothing gets missed in the recruiting process.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and the recruiting tools used within LinkedIn Corporate Recruiting
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions
  • Detailed-oriented on keeping up with notes on candidates and leads as well as maintaining reports
  • Superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Technologically savvy
  • Familiarity of employment laws and regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruiting

KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator’s):

  • Produce qty 2 HIS/AuD leads a week
  • Hire qty 3 HIS/AuD a month

Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS)
  • dispensing Audiologist (AuDj)
