We are hiring our first Part-time HR Manager to be the leader and visionary for the Wanderu team. In this role, you will be our team captain, you will shape our HR processes, help grow our team and continue to take our team culture to the next level!
Responsibilities
- Create, implement and refine a full-lifecycle recruitment process
- Establish best practices for job requisitions, interviewer schedules and questions, processes, offer negotiations, etc.
- Develop and manage an onboarding program for new hires; as well as offboarding
- Implement new ideas to support our growing team through culture-based efforts, including but not limited to: DEIB initiatives, team-building, coaching, professional development, etc.
- Research and develop, execute and refine KPIs for human resource function
- Design, implement and manage a formal review program
- Act as a liaison for team members and leadership through transparent communication and best practice of conflict resolution/problem-solving
Candidate Experience and Skills (must have):
- 5+ years experience with HR
- Strong experience managing relationships within teams
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical skills
- Project management skills
- Willing to be part-time permanently
- Experience working with remote teams
