Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to work as live chat assistants for a major online retailer. If you enjoy chatting and want to provide quality customer service, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. We are hiring candidates with or without experience.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere online. However, we have a current demand for candidates based in the United States.

Responsibilities:

As a live chat assistant, you will respond to live chat messages on the online retailer platform. You will assist customers by answering their queries, providing sales links, and offering discounts. Additional employee benefits and promotion opportunities are available.

Rate:

$35 per hour

Requirements:

You will need access to a reliable internet connection and either a laptop, phone or tablet. Basic English writing skills are also required.

Skills/Background:

This is a beginner-level position with full training provided, so prior experience is not required.
