Access Softek is a software company headquartered in Berkeley, California with offices in Manhattan, Chicago, and Vancouver. We are creating a digital banking solution: online banking, mobile banking, omnichannel lending, and omnichannel account opening. Today our 300+ employees serve over 350 financial institutions and reach over 3 million mobile banking end-users every month. We focus on innovation: mobile-first, machine learning, and AI everywhere.

Now we are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team. We’re looking for an easygoing and well-organized HR, who is good at working independently while still enjoying a supportive and cross-collaborative environment. We will work together to provide our clients with high-level technical services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Utilize various job posting platforms and channels, including social media and networking groups, to proactively engage with and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates in various markets while establishing networking relationships with prospective candidates.
  • Advise hiring managers and support them with job specs/ descriptions, interview training, feedback, and the overall delivery of the talent acquisition process.
  • Actively use data to analyze trends, and report on the effectiveness of the processes.
  • Maintain our proactive culture, where people inspire and push each other to be better and are excited by the ongoing challenges they face here.


  • At least 1,5 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • English level B1+ is a must
  • Knowledge and comfortability with various recruiting tools and platforms
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize if needed!), deliver realistic timelines and achieve hiring goals
