Our Onboarding team is growing and we’re looking for an exuberant Onboarding Specialist located in Melbourne to grow our ever-evolving team! You’ll be tasked with carrying out the rewarding mission of supporting and building strong relationships with our customers. We’re looking for someone who gets excited over the prospect of helping our venues meet and exceed their revenue and growth goals through our platform. 

We’re after a superstar with experience in an onboarding or customer success role for a SaaS B2B business. As our Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the hero for our venues before, during, and after launch, always ready to go above and beyond to get the job done. You understand that building confidence and comfort with tech in the hospitality industry is a game-changer, and you have the magic touch for creating strong relationships and providing top-notch training to venue owners, managers, and wait staff.

If you worked with us in the last month, here’s what you would have been involved in:

• Supported onboarding of our new venue partners with on-site launch activities for smooth adoption of our product 
• Strengthened your relationships with key stakeholders of venues in your portfolio, becoming their trusted advisory partner, helping them navigate technical issues and providing them with value-filled insights through the utilisation of our product
• Personally helped businesses pivot to maximise their trade
