The Operations Associate Role
The Operations Associate will be an integral team member at TKS, ensuring that all the teams have the foundation, infrastructure and support to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. In this job, the Operations Associate will be responsible for administering, evaluating and enhancing all operational processes in many areas.
What you’ll be doing:

Financial Aid – leading Financial Aid and Scholarships process of distributing over $2M in tuition support for students and families; coordinating reviews and supporting parents and students through the process,

Finance – spending review, statement and receipt reconciliation for bookkeepers, budget monitoring, aligning financial platforms,
-
Process and Systems – building tools to support our internal customers (TKS teams & students)

Technical Support – liaison with the engineering team to provide back up technical support, platform updates, QA testing, UI and UX enhancements based on customer feedback,

Legal – monitoring legal requirements across all TKS programs, ensuring compliance for filings and regulations.
Experience we’re looking for:

2+ years of experience in operations or financial functions.

A bias toward action – you wouldn’t think twice about picking up the phone to make things happen.

Excellent organization, communication and time management skills.
