Accessible to Leeds (Thorpe Park) or London (Battersea Power Station) preferred, although remote will also be considered

The Product Manager is responsible for new product introduction process within their local market, and defines, develops, and implements new products globally from proof of concept to retail launch and often have continued impact beyond. You will relentlessly and successfully drive continuous innovation and seek to deliver 5-star customer experiences across the global business for SharkNinja. You have the mindset that anything is possible and possess the willingness to do whatever it takes to win.


As a Product Manager, you work daily within our European Regional Hub team and leadership to synchronize on goals, priorities, and responsibilities across offices. You will provide daily direction and inspiration to the team through not just management, but hands-on design work as the leader.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

  • Oversee a rolling 6-24 month pipeline of new products within your categories to launch within your local market.
  • Partnering with Regional Product Development to provide inputs and suggestions for improvement through consumer centric validation of collateral
  • Developing and maintaining channel management strategy within a product family
  • Partnering with the Regional team create consumer-centric product collateral, including instruction manuals and informational stickers
  • Communicate and present new product launches to the local sales team and retailers – excite retailers about the new product launches to gain buy in for upcoming product launches
  • Deep dive on GFK data in your local market to identify opportunities and gain market knowledge – providing clear POV on market needs, gaps in market, and desirable areas to invest in innovation for future roadmapping
  • Support with the creation of the business case to identify need and opportunity for NPD in your local market ensuring your market
  • Plan SKU extension strategy and kick off for promo periods to create a consolidated launch – colours, configs, exclusive models, etc
  • Hands-on validation, both regionally and locally within the support markets, using the proven SN methodologies that gain internal confidence and support product readiness
  • Working with the Regional Hub team manage the product exit planning and replacement strategy with the local sales management teams
  • With the Regional Hub teams drive and enable swift decision making —provide clear direction to the teams to empower decisions be made among peers within working programs
  • Be an advocate for your local market, and connect the dots to your cross functional team mates to deliver success in your market
  • Serve as a thought-leader in product launch alongside critical sales and brand marketing leaders – ensure that the “triad” of product, marketing, and sales execution comes together for every new launch.
  • Be the technical expert for the country marketing team to translate product into the marketing sizzle for the retailer and beyond
  • Must represent the local voice of the consumer and hold consumer experience above all else.
  • Set priorities and keep momentum going on a mix of projects and project timelines. Respond quickly to shifting priorities without losing sight of longer-range projects and goals
  • Hold cross-functional engagement sessions and encourage “new” thinking and ways to iteratively improve


  • 6+ years of related Product Development Management experience with global market presence
  • BS in Engineering or related discipline, Master’s or Advanced Degree a plus
  • Extensive experience leading consumer-centered innovation projects
  • A “100% on” consumer-first perspective when it comes to introducing new products/processes or improving current products
  • Intuition on what consumers want and what works in the marketplace
  • Ability to lead a dynamic, fast paced, deadline driven team
  • Highly-effective communication skills – both written (presentation/email) and in-person (ability to host succinct, effective conversations that solve problems and ability to make effective presentations to all levels of management)
  • A desire to learn and grow in a passionate environment
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
  • Respect and understanding of other disciplines; including Industrial Design, User Experience, Electronics, Quality and Manufacturing
