As we grow quickly, we’re looking for a Product Manager who will bring the right mix of product expertise, leadership, and hustle to help us elevate our web app and mobile apps to ones that are feature-forward, functional, unmistakably us, and sing consistently across all platforms.

As a Product Manager at Sesh, you’ll be able to define and drive the vision for our mobile app products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and deliver high-quality products on time.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing key metrics to inform product decisions and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development. With your technical expertise and excellent communication and project management skills, you’ll be an integral part of our team as we continue to innovate and grow.

You will collaborate on projects across the full Sesh team cross-functionally to ensure we are waving the product experience flag high and achieving the same best-in-class experience across all our work. You will report into our VP of Marketing, collaborating very closely with the CEO and VP of Clinical Operations, and provide clarity and direction to our Engineering team.

• Defining and executing the product roadmap for our mobile & web app products
• Champion product-led growth across the organization
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time
• Analyze and report on key metrics to inform product decisions
• Implementation of app development best practices across mobile and web.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on app development
• Understanding of React Native for both iOS and Android
• Strong technical background, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience using agile methodologies
• Commitment to eliminating barriers to accessing mental healthcare
• An understanding that diversity in thinking makes work better
• Openness to feedback and the pursuit of continuous improvement
