WHAT THE ROLE IS:

As a Salesforce Business Analyst with our Technology Enablement team, you will apply your skills to analyze, design and/or implement Salesforce best practices, and be looked to by our clients as a trusted advisor. You own the delivery of the work as well as the relationships with the client. ONE12th consultants come in with a listening ear, a fail-forward mindset, and a mission to achieve tangible outcomes.

Our Technology Enablement team oversees all enterprise-level technology implementations & customizations, which includes Salesforce as well as other emerging technologies and vendors. We look for individuals to fill roles across technology configuration and business analysis, system development, testing, and more.

HOW YOU’LL HELP:

• Working collaboratively to propose, design, implement, and manage the Agile implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
• Leading client sessions with key stakeholders to map business processes, gather and define business needs, and partnering with Product Owners to translate requirements into documented backlog of features/stories, as well as performing the fit-gap analysis
• Assist on developing implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
• Collaborate on the design of a scalable solution to meet client business needs, produce relevant system design documentation as needed, and participate in system configuration when necessary
• Demonstrating solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed ad-hoc or in Sprint Demos
• Designing test scripts and participating in end-user acceptance testing
• Performing impact analysis for scope change requests to the scrum team
• Creating Salesforce reports and dashboards that drive performance and operational objectives
• Staying up to speed on emerging Salesforce capabilities and industry best practices for the platform

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience managing Salesforce configurations, with a proven understanding and track record of end-to-end delivery of software implementations
• Active Salesforce certification(s), which may include: 
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator/Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Pardot Administrator/Consultant
• Understanding of the Salesforce product suite
• Strong familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and JIRA and working within an Agile product team

• Understanding and experience solving real business problems as well as core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with audiences of all levels
• A track record of delivering outcomes
• Authorization for permanent employment in the United States
• Preferred: Experience at a management or technology consulting firm
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
