Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Prescription Operations at Phil. In this role, you will own prescription fulfillment across pharmacist, prescriber, and payer workflows, supported and coordinated by our operations platform. As a critical part of our strategy, you will be responsible for helping patients get the medication they’ve been prescribed and driving our related business metrics.

- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Phil’s prescription fulfillment processes
- Create new platform capabilities to expand our reach to new types of medication
- Continually evolve and iterate to improve operational metrics
- Collaborate with dedicated Engineering and Design teammates, as well as Client Success and Operations teams
- Identify and participate in user research and process analysis to inform future plans
- Work closely with pharmacy and partner operations teams to identify opportunities for automation and improvements in fulfillment flows
- Set, monitor, and deliver on metrics-based goals
Requirements
- A passion for helping patients
- A team-first approach
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software setting
- Track record of developing operations software and managing complex systems
- Ability to drive business strategy and translate it into product deliverables
- Fluency defining and drawing insights from metrics and research
- Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to work with engineers on trade-offs
- History of taking initiative and defining ambiguous areas
- Relevant educational background (preferred)
