Role Description

Forage is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join a tight-knit, collaborative team! You will work with designers, other product managers, engineers and key stakeholders to craft an motivating experience where the path to career success is clear, and students are continually growing along that path.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background of product management experience with consumer-facing products and a history of delivering best-in-class experiences that lead to impactful outcomes on time. This professional is an independent worker with the ability to align well with the product design and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the product roadmap for our ‘Continual Progress’ team at Forage, with a focus on driving student retention
• Lead the exploration, prototyping, shipping & evaluating of new features & experiments for our student’s continual progress
• Engage with students & key stakeholders to develop a strong point of view for how to create a habit-forming behaviours on Forage
• Consistently collect & analyze feedback from students, disseminating key learnings with the team and using those learnings to shape requirements, features & end products
• Execute quantitative analysis on features’ performance and find opportunities for optimization
• Contribute to strategic decisions around Forage’s key student-facing product experiences

Your Experience

• 5+ years of product management or relevant experience with consumer-facing products.
• Experience bringing to life engaging & interactive product experiences (particularly habit-forming experiences) is a strong plus
• Possess the core product leadership skill sets including data analysis, writing, research, feature lifecycle management, etc.
• Track record of delivering world class product experiences that drive successful customer and business outcomes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and you are confident communicating across disciplines to excite and motivate people towards a shared vision
