About the role:

This Senior Product Manager/Director role is a crucial member of Forme’s Engineering, Product, Design organization and will lead cross-functional efforts to productize unique and first-in-class wealth management offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience building direct-to-consumer products successfully, ideally in fintech. They will work closely with the cross-functional team to integrate external financial institutions, data aggregators, and other partners. This role will report to our Chief Product Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and ship innovative products and services that are personalized and customized for our customers, constantly evolving through customer feedback and test & learn iteration.

• Understand the end-to-end user experience in minute detail, to optimize the user journey for greater efficiency and delightfulness. 

• Drive the product development documentation and prioritization process

• Work closely with the Growth & Marketing Team in support of cross-functional optimization of acquisition funnel and product engagement.

• Lead buy vs. build vs. partner decisions and the commercial implications of these decisions for our product and technology architecture. 

• Lead external partner engagements in support of our product go-to-market.

• Build teams in support of data analytics and user research

• Be a leader for the organization and a missionary for our products and services. 

Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sciences, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields. MBA is a plus.

• 5+ years as a product manager or equivalent experience; experience in building and scaling in Fintech is a plus. 

• You have a customer-centric mindset: The ability to understand customer journeys in minute detail and tease out what innovative and value-added user experiences we can offer our customers. 

• You are organized and execution-focus: you demonstrate experience in developing milestones and deliverables and can define and hit key KPIs to stay on track. 

• You are innovation-first: you are driven to build first-in-kind business models and products. 

• You are data-driven: you understand how to test hypotheses, set OKRs to track progress, and use data to inform and iterate on our development.

• You have a “founders’ mentality”: you work with urgency and ownership, know how things work, and always focus on speed to market, with energy and resilience for a 0-1 kind of start-up journey.
