Senior SEO Specialist ~ Store Space Self Storage ~ $90k ~ Remote-capable / Denver CO

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will support site-wide performance metrics by using SEO techniques that best optimize site traffic, improve user experience, and increase conversations. By building and measuring programs that drive organic growth, you’ll aim to increase leads by 15% during your first year. Generating, analyzing, and distributing reports, ensuring new business data is properly displayed and performing accurately, and finding quality backlinks to increase website domain rating/authority will comprise your monthly goals.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SENIOR SEO SPECIALIST

• Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years related experience in Marketing or related field
• 6+ years of experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)- professional setting preferred
• Website analysis proficiency using a variety of analytics, third-party SEO, and internal reporting tools (i.e. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, etc.)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
• Understanding of website user experience and conversion optimization or any programming related topics
• Excellent written and verbal English skills required
• Must be eligible for full-time employment in the U.S.

Experience with data analysis tools and practices (primarily BI) is preferred but not required. Effective backlink outreach methods, website construction, and Google Ads are also a plus. You’ll need great data manipulation skills to perform high level analysis and will utilize technical SEO skills daily. You should be a collaborative team player and effective communicator as well.

WORK SCHEDULE

This position is full-time and remote capable. Our typical office hours are between 8:30am – 6:00pm.
