Job title: SEO Coordinator

Salary: £30,000k per annum

Working type: Full-time Remote/Hybrid

Location: London (2 days a month in Southampton office)

Summary:

An established business with a global E-Commerce presence is looking for an experienced SEO Coordinator who has a strategic vision and understands how SEO can evolve, to join the team.

The ideal candidate will ensure organic search targets are met by driving aggressive growth for the organic search channels, be passionate and have a strong drive to see the business become a leading search platform worldwide!

Responsibilities:

Working closely with both internal and external digital teams, you will be solely responsible for the delivery of acquisition targets. Driving a compelling SEO strategy alongside creating and managing engaging digital PR campaigns, your tasks will include:

  • Building the business backlink profile by working with the SEO agency on outreach campaigns
  • Identify new categories & landing pages to broaden ranking by working with the internal production team & SEO agency
  • Work with the internal production team and digital marketing assistant to build out the best practice metadata and cross-linking across the global site structure
  • Being hands-on with Metatags and other web content
  • Coordinate technical SEO improvements to strengthen ranking signals by working with the internal production team
  • Monitor SEO rankings brand impressions to find opportunities and identify issues
  • Recommend changes in strategy by monitoring google updates
  • Deliver quarterly health check reports and search clinics to key stakeholders and the wider marketing team, demonstrating the importance of SEO

Insight, Data & Analysis –

  • Create reports and insights by analysing data using Adobe Analytics
  • Perform audits and subsequent troubleshooting and review the search console
  • Advance SEO KPIs by creating and implementing A/B Tests

Required skills:

  • At least 2+ years’ experience in SEO (with E-commerce preferably)
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Reporting and Analytics
  • Time management and being able to deliver against tight deadlines
  • Confident & clear communicator
  • Able team player and collaborator
