As the Manager, SEO, you will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and:

• Have full decision-making latitude as to content we place on the Earnest website related to new affiliate-based products and all related pages and properties – combined, these pages are among the most important and valuable assets of the Company.
• Manage multiple external resources (such as SEO strategy and link-building agencies) and will be deeply collaborative across a number of teams at Earnest, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Legal.
• be primarily responsible for the ROI related to all SEO activities, including freelance design work, copywriting, agency support, and any other work required to meet SEO objectives.

Impact of this role:

• You will integrate into the marketing team as well as our products and org. You will deeply understand the SEO rankings and brand, work with the current consultant, knowledge transfer, understand the current state, develop a robust SEO strategy for new product pages, and much more.

Experiences you will bring with you: 

• 4+ years experience of doing search engine optimization and performance marketing.
• 2+ years experience of doing product or technical project management a plus.
• Proven track-record of designing and executing a profitable large scale SEO strategy.
