They decided to build their own embedded banking service that allows developers to easily retrieve and pay any of their users’ debts – including credit cards, student loans, car loans, and mortgages – all through a single API.

You will be a foundational member of the product team, working with product managers, leadership, and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including: API Documentation, Integration Guides, Dashboard documentation (tooltips, welcome instructions, etc…).
What you’ll do
Review and edit documentation to maintain a high level of quality and consistency across Method.
Maintain style guides and best practices for writing, improving, and publishing documentation.
Monitor documentation analytics and proactively work with our clients to gather feedback on documentation to improve usability.
Build and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques.
Continuously identify, triage, and resolve gaps in documentation.
Who you are
3+ years of full-time technical writing experience.
Experience working at a Fintech API or a SaaS company.
You can clearly communicate the concepts or ideas behind your solutions, and cut big solutions into smaller bite-sized tasks.
Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.
Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
Strong communication, research, and presentation skills.
Natural curiosity to stay up to date with new technologies and emerging Fintech trends.
Experience in Finance / FinTech.
Been a first or early hire at a fast growing start up before.
Knowledge of payment rails and identity verification.
